Fluke BT510, BT520 and BT521 test stationary batteries and battery strings during maintenance. All models measure internal and strap resistance, DC/AC voltage, frequency and ripple. The BT520 uses intelligent BTL20 probes for cabinet access; the BT521 adds temperature with BTL21 and current with the i410 clamp.

Description

Fluke BT510, BT520 and BT521 test stationary batteries and battery strings during maintenance. All models measure internal and strap resistance, DC/AC voltage, frequency and ripple. The BT520 uses intelligent BTL20 probes for cabinet access; the BT521 adds temperature with BTL21 and current with the i410 clamp. ANG versions use angled probes without a temperature sensor and have different low-resistance accuracy. Sequence mode automatically stores results by profile, while configured thresholds produce PASS/WARN/FAIL indications. Mini-USB and Battery Management software support reports and trend analysis.
