Description

Fluke MDA-550 Series III guides variable-frequency drive and motor diagnostics from the power input to the shaft. On-screen diagrams show voltage and current connections, while preset profiles reduce manual setup. It checks input unbalance and harmonics, DC-link voltage and ripple, output PWM voltage, V/Hz, dV/dt, overshoot and shaft discharge events. A four-channel 500 MHz oscilloscope supports additional signal analysis. Supplied high-voltage probes, current clamps and the SVS-500 shaft voltage kit cover the different test points. FlukeView-2 and a Wi-Fi adapter support PC transfer.
