AKR Remote Racking Device is a remote racking solution by ABB designed for previous-generation AKR circuit breakers. It enables operators to move the circuit breaker between CONNECT and DISCONNECT positions remotely, enhancing personnel safety by reducing the risk of arc flash hazards.
